Made by Green River since the early 1800’s this is the one knife we’ve found that is straight-bladed (can be used as a drill and punch). thin-bladed (cuts easily without wedging; ex: Crisp vegetables such as carrots don’t pop across the room when sliced), non-stainless (no-glare, sharpens easily), and affordable. Beech wood handle, 4″ blade.
